With Right Here, French producer MRZ explores the emotional geometry of house music, drawing invisible lines between nostalgia and experimentation. His four-track EP unfolds like a diary of dancefloor feelings—warm, raw, and sincere.
“What You Do” sets the tone with tender pads, a liquid acid bassline, and vocal snippets that sound like echoes from another era. “Break Out” radiates positivity, its breakbeat backbone pushing piano stabs into euphoric territory. Then comes “Don’t Look Back”, perhaps the most anthemic moment—uplifting, radiant, and deeply connected to 90s club culture. Finally, “Something” brings the energy inward, wrapping the EP in a reflective glow where spoken words meet drifting pads.
MRZ doesn’t chase trends; he reconstructs emotions. Right Here feels like a love letter to the essence of house—vintage in soul, futuristic in sound.

MRZ is a DJ and producer who likes to make people dance and smile. His selection inspired by the 90's, varies between house and techno, through soulful house, deep house, garage house, funky house, UK garage, French touch, jungle and acid house. He has already had the opportunity to play in clubs and festivals in France, USA, Japan, the UK, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, the Netherlands, Hungary, Switzerland, Slovenia and the Czech Republic. He is also part of Arkuda Label, Unbelievably Spectacular, Too Rough 4 Radio, Pleasure Promise Records, Misplaced Recordings, EELF Records and Welofi.
